Returns/Exchanges

- We offer a STORE CREDIT for items that need to be returned. All items must be returned 30 DAYS after purchase date. All Items must still have tags attached and have not been worn. Customers are in charge of paying the return shipping & shipping calculated at checkout. Please contact us at rustydiamondco@yahoo.com before sending in your items.

- Final Sales items are FINAL and can NOT be returned for a store credit.

- All Cowhide Products are Final Sale.

Shipping

- Shipping your item(s) to you should take 1-3 business days after your order if placed.

- Please make sure to put the correct address you are wanting your package sent to when at checkout. If you accidentally put the wrong address or the package gets lost we are NOT responsible for it once it leaves our store. You will have to contact the shipping company we used to ship your package.
